The inputs you type into an instrument, so we can compute your results and remember them for you. Your email when you ask for a readout or sign in, so we can send it and keep your account. The team member emails you invite in Founder Fit and Time Off, so we can send them their own private links. And the company details you enter, so we can personalize your documents.
Your browser first. Most of what you type never leaves it. When you sign in or create a team, some of it reaches our infrastructure on Cloudflare, and it clears itself out on a timer: sign in links expire in 15 minutes, sessions in 90 days, Founder Fit teams in 45 days, and Time Off teams in a year.
Every email we send goes through our email provider, Resend. Entries are also archived in a private Google Sheet, so nothing you trusted us with is lost.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone beyond the providers named above. We do not publish anything. And we do not contact your team members for any reason except the one invitation you asked us to send.
The checkbox you tick when you submit is your consent, and we record when you gave it. At any time you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to hello@vitamincfo.com and it is done.
If you invited teammates, you confirmed they agreed to be invited.
