Each marker is weighted by how hard investors lean on it now: runway, a defensible model and a clean cap table carry the most. The bar moved recently, only about 15 percent of seed companies reach Series A within two years, down from about 31 percent, so this scores you against the harder bar. It is a diagnostic, not advice, and it never sees your actual numbers.
